WHY SHAMBAVI PEETAM ???

Let me start from the word “peetam” . Peetaam literally translates to seat. It means a seat. A seating place. Peetam is a place where something is set as core. What is set here ? The divinity is seated. The difference between a mutt and a peetam is when people have accepted to stay in a concentrated place by creating necessary ambience for their spirituality, it is mutt. Peetam is where the divinity has happened, not by decisions but naturally.

Shambavi refers to the name of durga, who is considered as the half of lord shiva. Overall theplace is named shambavi peetam as the place emphasises the fact that spiritual and material are not two distinct aspect but two sides of the same coin called life. This balance on self is the core of the peetam. Hence the name shambavi peetam. Shambavi peetam is an unique place where individuality is still believed. There is no course structure because in my opinion as a guru how can i fix a spiritual practice without even hearing the present state of the seeker. In reality spirituality has to begin with the seeker not the master. A master can only teach what a seeker seeks anymore than that is just waste of time for both. Beliefs are formed not by talks but exposure and genuine experiences and those things transform as actions. In shambavi peetam handcraft is the culture. I hear each one personally, so that i can understand their nature, flaw, and needs, not because i don’t know without speaking to them but i want them to come out of the cage they have built by their own misconceptions and raw knowledge. In reality this is a place where your poison becomes your antidote and i will be the one making it.
