Loneliness has disguised itself to the word depression. We need to understand what depression is clearly. Scientifically it is a state of mind where an individual feels too dark on the self or with the environment one lives with. Let us now look into the real meaning of it. It is the inability to blend with the environment in which a person person lives.

Decades ago the population of the world was far less than how it is now. The main difference between the two periods is that in those days people lived in a community. No one leaves their set of community. Today world has evolved, work cultures have paved way to a blend in cultures, but the peoples mind set is not as versatile as time is. This inability to blend with the fellow people resulted in individuals secluding themselves and framing their own world and people, therefore avoiding the conflicts and communication to their so-called outer world. This community of people later gave themselves a beautiful name and the identity factor stepped in. In reality there is no necessary to be lonely and there is nothing called social. We can only blend with our sense of people. By this i not only mean the blood relatives but the perceptional acceptance. Tolerance is the key in breaking this useless concept called depression. Express to be understood, show the world what u can. Just because it rains, we need not be inside there is always an umbrella. Just because oceans hide the precious, do we leave it untouched ?, the same is with the world step out shine bright. Openness of heart is the key to peace but don’t forget the mind. Just because we need to to be open that doesn’t mean we don’t need gates. Judgement is useless, accept what suits and walk off from what doesn’t. Tagging ones own self to psychological names doesn’t solve the issue. There cannot be a positive stance out of a negative emotion. A firm positive stance is all we need !!!
