Everyday we strive hard to bring the most out of ourselves. However or how much ever we try to be the best there is always a lag or set back, either we feel we are not upto the mark otherwise someone else conveys this idea.

is it like that ? what are we missing out ?

The answer is simple; lack of clarity. This constant try to bring the best out of ourselves is in a way making us confused, i would say. In an attempt to be the best, we deplete ourselves of energy and time therefore there is no place to extract the energy from. We try to achieve a high perfomance life but we forget the fact about what feuls it. Definitely it is you and your energy levels which is going to be the feul for the high performance life you are trying to achieve. A small spike in our energy levels may be because of rest or happiness, we use that immediately into the tasks we have scheduled therefore resulting in depletion. This is more like taking water from the bottom of well where the water spring is just starting to raise a little bit. We have made ourselves too needy of energy, that we don't even have the patience to go through resilience, but is the life really that hard; i would say NO. This needy doesn't come from the professional necessity or the situations of real life but the emotional confusions and the tasks we which we framed for ourselves to solve the temporoary emotional swings has made ourselves too needy. Instead of having a rational approach on our emotions we have silenced ourselves by telling to ourselves that we are going to do something to solve the emotion hence now all the convincing we have made to ourselves stand in queue in demand of the actions. Unfortunately we get depleted and even when we get a little energy we ought to spend somewhwere because of the list we have created. this results in constant depletion and emotional tiredness. This the exact place where holistic wellbeing comes into picture. Holistic wellness is not a luxury anymore. In modern days this is the need of the hour. Our professional lives are no more a matter of clerical jobs. We are in a situation to produce new ideas and perform a necessary demonstration for the same. Where will we have the energy and capacity to do so when we ourselves are fully down. Your energy levels may make you or break you. This is the right time we understand more about Holistic wellness.

Often times holistic wellbeing is confused with health regiments we add in our lifestyle. Holistic wellbeing consist of three important aspects : mind, body and soul. Any health regiments we add contribute to the body aspect of the trilogy but we leave the other two in a notion that our health regiment additions in our life is going to take care of the other. To be honest that is not how it works. Wellness in body paves way for a fluid thinking that doesnt mean your thought process is going to improve. As described by the science diets and excercises can definitely contribute to nutrition, personality and the chemical balance of our body but it is in no way going to change the quality of your thought process and the charecteristic of soul. In simple words if you dont have a reading habbit by nature then excercise and diet is not going to cultivate reading habit in you. holistic wellness is not adding tasks which depletes you but finding the right proportions of habits in favour of body, mind and soul so the High performance life we are trying to achieve doest cost us our own self. Come out of your own emotional burdens cultivate a rational approach. I can very well understand we are humans and we are sentients so we do give a lot of preferences of emotional arena but so we are with intelligence and rational. It is important that we try to bring balance between both quality of our ownselves. This balance can only be achieved by the clarity the important trilogy of Mind, Body and soul.
