IMPORTANCE OF PSYCHE

Psyche in general means a mindset or state of mind. This is an era of abundance. Even though abundance is better than scarcity in reality everything takes a toll on one or other aspect of the self. Abundance creates a dilemma of choices. When there is scarcity people tend to shrink the needs and the thought process towards everything, but when there is abundance the exact opposite happens. Abundance of resources, knowledge and ways to implement the same creates a whole new perception to people, where everyone of us will wish to try everything we could lay hands on !

is that an issue ??

On the surface level it feels like heaven but the important point is that each and everything we try or persue does not only include our IQ and competence but also includes our character and emotions into it. When we are so into something it would become very difficult to rationalise. The need or drive to succeed or shine in a particular task supercedes why we went into it in the first place, it is more like diving in the river for a casual swim but the current of the river has pushed us to swim for the life unexpectedly we would be fighting for our life. The same happens in the concept of exploration. Abundance supports exploration, we tend to get into it easily as the doors are open to all. once we get into the concept of exploration suddenly without us knowing it sometimes becomes the concept of identity and therefore we strive continue or persue in the intention to achieve or become a face in what we are into it. This striving and persuing also takes an emotional toll, emotionally we tend to attach too much therefore forgetting why we were there on the first place. The positive side to this is that sometimes we would have been blank but this pursuing would have made us to look into us and settle in a particular field thereby nurturing us both internally and externally. When such things happens exploration stops and the concept of discipline kicks in and the pursuing becomes more concentrated on one field of study or practice, But unfortunately most times people tend to explore seriously and try to associate hard with what they are exploring, What happens on the subtle level is that; in the effort to associate hard people tend to overlook their instincts and the natural character thereby causing an emotional chaos and identity crisis to themselves.

CONCEPT OF PSYCHE

Exploration is not a bad thing but there are ways to do the same. The more we are abstract in life the more chaotic we become. This chaos leads to lowered rationalisation and may push us towards a delusional lifestyle. Exploration on the first place should always be in alignment with our natural instincts. If the natural instincts are itself more oriented to the abstract desires of life one should seek to align themselves first just like we sort and order things. This concept of grooming or bringing mind, body and soul in one single line is called as psyche. In olden days masters accept disciples and allow them to be abstract for a period of time just to see how the natural instinct and the emotions are and then craft a practice to channel or improve the reality of a disciple. This method of conditioning is almost not in practice today. The main reason people struggle to pick themselves back after a breakdown is because they lack the soul strength to bend the mind to stand in a stance. Without soul strength mind can never be tamed and an untamed mind is just another weapon inflicting us in the path of life. A mentor who has an adept practice in bringing Mind, Body and soul is very important. Without a mentor our efforts to to do the same is also another abstract exploration !
