Everyday Emotions
The new era of information and abundance through digital resources has left us with a lot of choices and chaos. These choices and the lifestyle which we try to create don’t really align with who we are. Most times we just look into a lot of lifestyles through digital medium and try to frame a lifestyle based on all the models we have gone through !

But what did we miss ? If the collage and creation is so simple like a moodboard, then why are we emotionally becoming numb each day ?… is it because of the wrong choices ? Or because of our inability to do a mix and match ?
The answer is simple because you are unique, and what you are trying to create is not you; it’s just a best practice report of many things. Let’s look into this deeper…
Generally, we don’t have many tasks in our lives. We all strive to explore new things in life to bring out our inner child to liveliness, but this exploration expands our tasks. In simple words, we try to add a lot of tasks to our life in the hope that these tasks will reveal who we are, what we are, and what we are really trying to do. But is that happening? I would rather say that in an attempt to find our best self, we add these tasks, but one thing we overlooked is that we have also added a lot of emotions with the tasks because we don’t know what task to add to our life. We try to take our emotions or we try to take our present feelings and try to frame a task from that and bring it into reality. When you try to do something which you are not really into, maybe these are interesting to you, but you are not aligned with that and still make yourself push into that, it creates a lot of stagnant emotions. This stagnant emotion names you as a procrastinator. This feels very heavy as we have piled up a lot of tasks which we think is going to make us clairvoyant on us but in reality has given us a lot of to-do lists with emotions associated with that. In reality, do you have many things which you didn’t do? No, but you have many unaddressed emotions which are bothering you now. In reality, these emotions are a residual of the tasks you once thought were important.
So come out of this…
Don’t try to add tasks based on daily emotions. These everyday emotions will pass away. Maybe in the morning you are dizzy, but in the afternoon you will be fresh, and in the evening again you might be somewhat moody. This differs. You can try to bring a balance, but don’t add tasks to each of these moods. Then you will have a pile of tasks and much more burden of emotions, so in a way to make you productive, don’t lose yourself. Making yourself burdened with tasks or goals which are not aligned to your personality is not going to help you find balance in yourself. The first step in an inner journey is to leave things which you are not. In order to find out what one truly desires, one should strive to validate the authenticity of the thoughts. Don’t let the visuals of the world fool you. These visuals plant a seed of thought, and overtime you grow these thoughts as one of your own. Try to differentiate between what you feel inspired about and what you find interesting. Many things are interesting but need not align with your self, but things which inspire you are the important ones. When you work hard on your inspirations and desires, be rest assured you will not be tired of what you are doing !
